Combineer plezier met inhoud, en je vergroot engagement \u00e9n impact. Natuurlijk: het hangt altijd af van je doel. Voor sommige onderwerpen werkt een andere aanpak beter.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Maar het is precies die combinatie van plezier en inhoud die we bij VDAB toegepast hebben.\u00a0Samen met\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@timonverbeeck\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Timon Verbeeck<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, een bekende content\u00a0creator, lieten we op een grappige manier herkenbare\u00a0sollicitatiefouten van jongeren zien. Daarna voegden we een kort fragment van een VDAB-expert toe met praktische tips.
