As Digital Advertising Lead at So Buzzy, you have a leading and coaching role within our Paid Advertising Team, with an eye on happy clients and a happy team. You’re the external and internal point of contact for Paid Advertising. You not only have dialogues with our clients and our team, but you also regularly coordinate with our platform contacts (such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, Snapchat, etc.), and with media centers and advertising agencies.

Your tasks
Even though So Buzzy is asocial we deliberately refer to it as a “Digital” Advertising Lead because we go beyond social media when it comes to advertising and also offer services such as SEA & Programmatic.
You take the lead in knowledge sharing about Advertising and translate novelties into business opportunities to continue optimizing the results of our clients.
Internally, you’re a team coach and challenger. As a coach, you’re responsible for the growth trajectories of your team, which consists of two Digital Advertising Experts and one Digital Advertising Executive. You consider everyone’s ambitions, specializations, strengths and weaknesses. As a challenger, you’ll evaluate media plans & campaigns and consult your team to strive for the best possible results together. Furthermore, we give you the chance to set up advertising campaigns yourself and keep up with the rapid developments in Digital Advertising.
Finally, as Digital Advertising Lead, you’re part of the middle management of So Buzzy. You’ll set a good example and actively contribute to the further professionalization and growth of So Buzzy, with a focus on evaluating and optimizing internal operations and attracting new customers.
