Specific Conditions for Scheduled Workshops, Consulting Sessions and Meetings

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation between 30 and 10 days before the appointment incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted amount.

Cancellation between 10 and 3 days before the appointment incurs a cancellation fee of 75% of the quoted amount.

Cancellation between 10 and 3 days before the appointment incurs a cancellation fee of 75% of the quoted amount.

Rescheduling is allowed once free of charge. A second rescheduling request will incur an additional 10% of the quoted amount. A third rescheduling request will not be accepted.

An exception to these conditions is only made in the event of force majeure.
